After payment validation, your order will be sent to the address provided at the time of purchase.

The delivery time is specified on the product page, except in exceptional situations beyond the control of WOND Consulting, Lda, which will not be responsible for delays in delivery.

In the case of orders that include several products and different delivery times, the longest period for complete delivery of the order will be considered.

Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process and are not included in the prices displayed on the product page.

A tracking number is assigned to each order, so both the seller and buyer can track delivery information.

Shipping costs are shown when registering an order, in the second stage of the shopping cart, taking into account the destination region and the weight and/or total value of the order.

If the order is not received or collected by the buyer, it will be returned. The buyer will have 14 days to contact WOND Consulting, Lda and request a new shipment, the cost of which will be his/her responsibility.
