Clients

Our platform uses security protocols and encryption to protect your personal data. Merchants have access only to the information necessary to process your order or provide the service, in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

It is not mandatory. You can browse and view merchant information without an account. However, creating an account allows you to save your favorites, contact merchants directly, and soon, access additional features.

To purchase a product, select the desired item and click the “Add” button. Then, click on the cart icon in the top right corner and complete the purchase by filling in the requested details. If you want to book a service, choose the service you’re interested in, select the desired date and time, and click “Schedule.” The checkout process follows the same steps as described earlier.

Merchants are required to keep information about products and services up to date. However, prices and availability may change. If you have any doubts, it is recommended to confirm the details directly with the merchant before completing the purchase.

X Marketplace has partnered with leading companies in 100% secure payment methods. You can make payments through:

  • MB Way: Allows you to pay quickly and securely using your mobile app.
  • Multibanco Reference: Once the purchase is completed, a reference will be generated that you can use to make the payment at an ATM or through your home banking service.

Your account has a section called “Orders,” where you can track the status of your order.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact the merchant as soon as possible. The possibility of making changes or cancellations will depend on the conditions set by the merchant and the current status of the order processing.

Our platform has an exclusive area for returns and refunds. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you have up to 14 days after receiving it to initiate the return process.

Return request
To initiate the return process, go to your account and select the "Returns and Refunds" section. Follow the instructions provided, entering your order details, the reason for the return, and any other requested information.
Order Analysis
Our team will analyze your request, and if it meets the criteria (product in original condition, in the original packaging, without signs of use, etc.), the return will be approved. In some cases, photographs or additional information may be requested.
Product Shipment
After the approval of your return request, we will send instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse. If the product has manufacturing defects or there was an error in the order, the shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
Verification and Refund
Once the product is received, our team will verify it. If it meets the conditions, the refund will be processed through the same payment method you used for the purchase or another agreed method, within a period of up to 14 business days.

If any issues arise, the first step is to contact the merchant directly to try to resolve the situation. If you do not receive a satisfactory response, you can contact our customer support service, which will intervene to help mediate the situation.

X Marketplace is exclusively for merchants of products and/or services, with either a physical or online store, located in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira.

Yes, all merchants from Vila Franca de Xira can register and sell online, even if they do not have their own virtual store. Additionally, there is a section dedicated to listing local businesses, providing detailed information about each business and the services offered.

Merchants of products and/or services, with either a physical or online store, located in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira, who wish to join our platform must go through a prior approval process. Simply fill out the form on the “Register on X Marketplace” page with your business details.

As soon as we receive your application, our team will analyze the information and contact you to inform you of the status of the approval.

Our platform uses best security practices to protect merchants’ data and ensure secure communication with customers. We also encourage merchants to use additional verification methods whenever possible.

By registering your business, you increase local visibility, can promote special offers and discounts, and facilitate direct communication with potential customers.

Currently, registration is free for all merchants. Future premium features may be introduced that could have associated costs, but any changes will be communicated in advance.

After registration, you can access your reserved area to update information, add new photos, products, services, or promotions. Make sure to keep your details up to date.

Yes, customers can leave reviews and comments on the product and/or service.

Yes, you can create and manage special offers, discounts, and promotions directly in your reserved area. If you have any questions, contact our support team through the available methods here.

Through your reserved area, you can change information, add your logo, photos, and detailed descriptions that accurately represent your brand.
