1. Scope and timeframes
Delivery timeframes and areas depend on each merchant and the option chosen at checkout. The estimated timeframe is shown before the order is confirmed.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the address and the selected option and are shown clearly before payment.
3. Tracking
Whenever the merchant generates a shipping label, we provide the tracking code in the orders area so you can follow the delivery.
4. Local pickup
Some merchants offer pickup at the establishment. When available, this option is shown when choosing the shipping method.
