The controller of the personal data collected through X Marketplace is the Vila Franca de Xira Municipality, without prejudice to the independent processing carried out by each merchant in relation to their sales.
2. Data collected
We collect the data necessary for registration, order management and customer support, namely name, contacts, delivery address and purchase history. We do not collect more data than necessary for the stated purposes.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations and, where applicable, on the basis of consent. It is not used for purposes incompatible with those described here.
4. Retention and security
Data is kept for the period necessary for the purposes and legal requirements. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption of integration credentials and access controls.
