Shopping on the marketplace is simple, safe and hassle-free. We have a clear, intuitive returns and exchanges system to ensure a smooth experience, even when something doesn't go as planned.
How to request a return or exchange
To start, provide the order number, your email and the reason (or defect), choose whether you want to return or replace the item, and attach photos of the product. You can do this in your account area, under «Returns».
Review by the merchant
The merchant receives and reviews the request and responds. You can track the status of the return in your account area.
Refund or replacement
Once the return is approved, the refund is processed to the same payment method; for a replacement, the merchant arranges shipping of the new item. All without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
