The platform uses security and encryption protocols to protect your personal data. Merchants only access the information needed to process orders, in line with data protection law.
Do I need an account to access products and services?
No. You can browse and view merchants without an account. Creating one lets you save favourites, contact merchants and access future features.
How do I make a purchase or book a service?
For products, click “Add to cart”, open the cart and check out. For services, choose the service, pick a date/time and click “Book”.
Are prices and availability always up to date?
Merchants should keep information current, but prices and availability may change. Confirm details with the merchant before completing the purchase.
What payment methods are available?
MB Way and Multibanco Reference.
How can I track my order?
Your account has an “Orders” section where you can follow each order's status.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact the merchant as soon as possible. It depends on the merchant's conditions and the order's current status.
How do returns and refunds work?
You have up to 14 days after receipt to start a return. After review and verification, the refund is processed within 14 business days.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?
Contact the merchant first. If you don't get a satisfactory answer, reach out to customer support.

Who can sell on X Marketplace?
Merchants of products and/or services, physical or online, in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira.
I don't have an online store. Can I still sell?
Yes. All merchants in Vila Franca de Xira can register, even without their own online store.
How can I sell on X Marketplace?
Fill in the registration form with your business details. The team reviews it and contacts you about the approval status.
What security measures does the platform offer merchants?
It uses best security practices to protect merchant data and ensure secure communication with customers.
What are the advantages of registering my business?
More local visibility, promotion of offers and direct communication with potential customers.
Is there any cost to register?
Registration is currently free. Any future premium features will be announced in advance.
How can I update my business information?
After registering, use your backoffice to update information, photos, products, services and promotions.
Can I receive customer feedback?
Yes. Customers can leave ratings and comments.
Can I highlight products or services with promotions?
Yes. You can create and manage offers, discounts and promotions in your backoffice.
Can I personalise my page?
Yes. In your backoffice you can add a logo, photos and descriptions that represent your brand.
